NHEG Radio Host Charlotte D. McGuire
Charlotte McGuire is the proud wife of Arthur L. McGuire, Sr. for 41 years. A mother of two adult children Arthur Jr. and Ashley, she is now the doting grandmother of Jay Ruel and Hannah Elizabeth. Charlotte sees herself as a visionary, collaborative leader with over 40 years of public service experience. Her heart and life’s work has always been to make a difference for the community’s most vulnerable gifts — from children to senior citizen. She has directed and advocated holistic services and resources for families as the Chief Executive of Project Impact-Dayton, Inc., the Senior Resource Connection of Greater Dayton, and most recently as the Program Director of Reclaiming Futures for Montgomery County Juvenile Courts. A 12-year “champion” for Reclaiming Futures, Charlotte and her team lead and sustained integrated systems reforms focused on creating positive futures with court-involved youth and their families by building community solutions.
Charlotte is currently a Coach for the Reclaiming Futures National Program Office and Servant-leader at Joshua Christian Ministries. She also volunteers with Kettering Partners for Healthy Youth, Bill Glass Prison Ministry and Joshua Christian Ministries’ EXCEL Tutorial Afterschool Program.
Charlotte ran for the Ohio State School Board because she was inspired to be a voice and change leader for our children’s success.
